Hayden is 4 months!

It's hard to believe, but our little baby is 4 months old! We are loving the stage she is in right now - so smiley and easy going (most of the time!). She continues to amaze us with her strength, and is getting close to sitting up on her own.

Here are her stats at 4 months - she's taken quite a leap in her growth and is now in the upper percentiles for everything:

Height - 25" - 75th percentile

Weight - 14 lbs. 4 oz. - 75th percentile

Head - 16.75" - 90th perentile (yep! she may end up with a big head like big sister after all!)

The similarities between Hayden and Emmie are so crazy - here are a few pics of Emmie at 4 months:

Singing girl

Emmie has become quite the little singer lately, and I managed to catch her in the right mood - she actually performed for me when the camera was on! :)

Weekend trip to Whidbey

We took a last minute trip to Whidbey this weekend with the Dyvigs. It was a fun and chaotic time! Emmie and Jordyn had a blast on the beach!

a few random Hayden pics

Daddy daughter fun

Awhile back Nate bought a package of tickets for various daddy/daughter events at the UW. He and Emmie have been having a great time - the first one was a gymnastics meet, which of course, she LOVED! The second was a women's basketball game, which she also loved! I think seeing the cheerleaders there had something to do with it, though. :) Next up - softball!

Happy Valentine's Day!

A belated happy Valentine's Day! Emmie celebrated all week long, by making cookies, lots of valentines, cupcakes, her school party and gifts from everyone! If I didn't know better, I would have thought it was Christmas!

Sweet girl

Hayden spent the afternoon Tuesday with grandma Betty, who caught a couple of cute moments on camera!

Butterflies!

We went to the Science Center today, and Emmie had a great time, but her favorite was the butterfly exhibit - check out the look on her face when one landed on her head!
